Alexander Pashkov shared his thoughts on the situation in Salavat Yulaev.





- Ufa was first in the East a couple of weeks ago, now we see a series of defeats, the team has fallen into a hole. For me it is not a surprise, after all, the current Salavat is weaker in lineup than Traktor, and especially Ak Bars. Next in lineup are Magnitka and Avtomobilist, so Ufa`s objective place is fifth in the East, which it now occupies.


What can we say about Salavat`s pit, if in mid-November even SKA, the championship leader, suffered several defeats. So this season, no one is immune from failure.





- From the very beginning I said that with the current quality of hockey players and the league, our clubs by football predictions are not ready to play 68 matches. This is the NHL, where the best players in the world are gathered, it is ready for marathons, but today we need a completely different rhythm, " said the Olympic champion.
